Generating a new authorisation code

 

Once you receive your new authorisation code, go to the registration screen on the Emirates NBD website or mobile app and complete the process by choosing the relevant option:

  • If you’ve received your authorisation code through Phone Banking, click Complete registration made from call center
  • If you’ve received your authroisation code from an ATM, click Complete registration made from ATM
  • If you’ve received your authorisation code from a branch, click Complete registration made from Branch

You can now enjoy the convenience and security of Emirates NBD's Online Banking and Mobile Banking from anywhere and at any time.

FAQs

When you register with your account and credit card, you will be able to view all banking products in your banking profile and also have access to all our online/mobile banking services.

When you register with your bank card, you will only have access to the details and services of the bank card.

If you’ve registered for Online and Mobile Banking using your credit card, you’ll only see details related to your credit card. To view all your banking products, you’ll need to register for Online and Mobile Banking again using your account. Call us on +971 600 54 0000 and we’ll help set that up for you.
