What are people asking?

ITM is the short name for Interactive Teller Machine, which is a video-based interactive technology which allows customers to conduct transactions and banking services driven by a centrally based teller, in a highly engaging real time video/audio interaction.
The maximum amount for any transaction is AED 100,000
Customer needs to present Valid Emirates ID to perform any transaction over ITM.

ITM service operating hours:

Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 9 PM (with Prayer break on Friday from 12.30 PM - 2.00 PM).

Sunday 1.30 PM – 7.30 PM

  • Emirates NBD and other UAE banks cheque deposit (up to 25 leaves in 1 transaction)
  • Emirates NBD cheque encashment (including coins)
  • Cash withdrawals from the Emirates NBD account (including coins)
  • Cash deposit to Emirates NBD account

This service is not available via ITM, but you can pay them through our other channels (ATM, CDM, Online Banking, and Mobile banking)
Yes, you just need your valid Emirates ID to withdraw up to AED 50,000 To withdraw an amount above AED 50,000 (and within ITM limit of AED 100,000) we would also need your cash cheque.
Yes, you can do cash deposit to Emirates NBD Account.
You have the option to either key in the account number or insert your ENBD card.
Yes, you can deposit non Emirates NBD cheques (up to 25 leaves in 1 transaction).
No, you can visit ENBD branch to complete this transaction.
No, you can use ATM, CDM to make this payment.
AED 5, 10, 100, 500 and coins AED 1, Fils 50 and 25.
  • Emirates NBD account holders can deposit Emirates NBD cheques into their accounts or encash Emirates NBD cheques and perform cash deposit/withdrawal transactions
  • Non account holders can only encash Emirates NBD cheques and deposit funds into Emirates NBD account
Yes, you will be able to encash the cheque with decimal amount by round off process. The money debited from the account will be the cheque amount, however the cash you receive will be rounded up to the nearest 25 fils as per existing branch process.
Yes, provided you have your Valid Emirates ID.
Yes you will be able to perform multiple transactions during one session (e.g. deposit cheque, withdraw funds from your accounts and inquire about you ENBD loan).
