Submit Balance Certificate Letter Request

Before you start

You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your account number and registered mobile number.

Your request will be processed within 5 working days. Once ready, the letter will be sent to your registered email address or you can collect it from your preferred branch.

You’ll find your account number, IBAN, and the balance in your account as of the date you requested the letter.
