  • You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your credit card number, registered mobile number, and transaction SMS if you’re applying for an Installment Payment Plan on a specific transaction.

  • Once you submit, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number and your request will be processed immediately.
  • We’ll get in touch with you within 2 to 3 working days to tell you more about your interest rate.

You need to be the primary cardholder to apply for a Balance Conversion and you can apply for a minimum amount of AED 1,000.
Regular Installment Payment Plan, Balance Conversion, and Loan on Card don’t have a processing fee, but a nominal interest rate applies based on your credit card history and usage. Yes, you can cancel your installment plan through Mobile Banking and Online Banking. Before cancelling your plan, you will have to settle the remaining principal outstanding plus a foreclosure fee of 1% of the principal outstanding and 5% VAT.
