Once your application is accepted, you'll receive your card in 3 to 5 working days

Delivery of your card

Once your application for a credit or debit card with us has been accepted, your card will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days. If you're simply replacing your card, you should receive it within 3 working days.

International deliveries may take 7 to 10 working days and a fee of AED 150 + 5% VAT will apply.

Emirates NBD partners with JMBR and Aramex courier services for the delivery of debit and credit cards
We’ll send you an airway bill number to track your delivery
The courier service will contact you on your registered mobile number to schedule a delivery. Make sure your registered mobile number is up to date
Supplementary debit and credit cards will be delivered to the primary cardholder

Reschedule delivery

You can reschedule delivery of your card with JMBR or Aramex within 39 days of the original delivery date. Please contact the courier service that has been in touch with you directly.

If I’m travelling and can’t reschedule delivery for my card, what happens next?

The courier service will retain your card for 39 days. After this, your card will be returned to Emirates NBD for security reasons. You'll then need to call us on +971 600 54 0000 and request for a card replacement.

How long will it take for my credit card application to be processed?

Your credit card application will be processed in 7 to 10 working days. Once your application has been accepted, your card will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 working days. International deliveries may take 7 to 10 working days and a fee of AED 150 + 5% VAT will apply.

How long will it take for a new debit card application to be processed?

Your debit card application will be processed within 3 to 13 working days. Once your application has been accepted, your card will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 working days. International deliveries may take 7 to 10 working days and a fee of AED 150 + 5% VAT will apply.
