How much cash can I withdraw through cardless withdrawal?

You can make up to 2 transactions every 24 hours for a maximum amount of AED 2,000 per transaction and AED 4,000 per day.

What if I start a cardless cash withdrawal request, but don’t finish it?

If you don’t complete your withdrawal within one hour of putting in your cardless withdrawal request, the request will expire and the money will go back into your account within 24 hours.

What if I enter the wrong details at the ATM during a cardless withdrawal?

You have 2 attempts to complete your cardless withdrawal at the ATM. If you enter an incorrect authentication code or withdrawal amount during these attempts, the transaction will be cancelled and the money will go back into your account within 24 hours.

Can I use cardless withdrawal if my debit or credit card is lost or has been stolen?

Yes, you can. But you must also report the loss or theft to us immediately so we can protect you from further fraud.
