Payments made via Mobile Banking, Online Banking, or any Emirates NBD ATM will be processed in 24 hours. You also have the option to pay via mail and exchange houses, but this will take between 2 and 5 working days to process.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit at an Emirates NBD Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)?

You can deposit a minimum of AED 10 at any of our CDMs.

What is the maximum number of currency notes I can deposit at an Emirates NBD Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)?

You can deposit up to maximum 150 notes at once and up to 450 notes per transaction at any of our CDMs. So you can add 150 notes, then click on ‘add more’ to add another two batches of 150 notes.

Can I deposit a Manager’s Cheque in a CDM against a credit card payment?

Yes, Manager’s Cheques can be deposited in CDMs against credit card payments. The cardholder's name and card number should be mentioned clearly on the cheque.

Will I receive a confirmation SMS when I make a credit card payment via a CDM?

Yes, you’ll receive an SMS if the credit card payment is done via a CDM. If you use any other channel to make the payment, you won’t receive an SMS.

Can I pay my Emirates NBD credit card through telegraphic transfer?

Yes, you can make a payment towards your Emirates NBD credit card through a local or international bank account. To do so, you’ll need to provide the following details during the transfer:

Your full name as the Beneficiary Name
Emirates NBD, P.O. Box 777, Dubai, UAE as the Bank Name and Address
EBILAEAD as the Swift Code
Your complete credit card number as the Account Number or IBAN (if you’re required to enter a certain number of digits as the IBAN, you can prefix ‘0’ to your credit card number)
Credit card payment or credit card settlement as the purpose of transfer

The time it’ll take to process your credit card payment will depend on your bank’s transfer processing timeframe.
