LuLu Points can be redeemed instantly by the primary credit cardholder against all purchases at any LuLu retail outlet in the UAE.

1 LuLu Point = 1 AED

Steps to redeem your points:

While making your purchase, present the card you would like to redeem your points with
Inform the cashier that you would like to redeem your LuLu points
When using the card, you will see 2 options: 1) ENBD Mastercard 2) LuLu Points
Select 'LuLu Points' to redeem your points. If you select 'ENBD Mastercard', you can pay as normal with your card

The transaction slip will contain details of the points you have redeemed.

Redemption requests can only be placed by the primary credit card holder using the primary credit card.
